Joanna White grew up in England in a small country town with lots of history, boating on the River Avon in the summer was a favorite pastime. Coming from England, which boasts having some of the best cheeses in the world, Joanna is extremely fond of cheeses of all kinds. She also loves being in the kitchen, entertaining guests and making food for family and friends. Reading cookbooks is a great, relaxing occupation for Joanna when she is not at work.
With her grandma being a nurse, Joanna always fancied becoming one herself. However, she first worked at her family’s business at Crescent Industrial and then moved to America where she has been working at Unisan for 18 years.
